Lyle Marshall & Associates designed a new boarding house was designed for Admark Developments for a small triangular shaped inner city site. The brief was to provide for 10 boarding rooms each with their own kitchenette and bathroom ensuite facilities. The design encompasses a central light well which runs through the centre of the building linking the common spaces together.
